Graduates of BS Hotel & Restaurant Management or any Business course
from a reputable school
- Must have 2 years of work experience as a supervisor in a fine-dinning restaurant
or first class coffee shop
or bakeshop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, able to handle multiple tasks, and attentive to details
- Ability to prioritize
- Must have basic knowledge of Inventory Management for Food & Beverage Operations
- Computer literate
