  • will do hardware and software troubleshooting thru the phone
  • will make sure that good customer service is achieved in terms of resolution
Qualifications
  • Candidate must have at least reached 2nd year college preferably in an IT background
  • Must have good English communication skills and is proficient in troubleshooting
  • Experience in a call center environment is an advantage but fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City, Ortigas, or Makati City.
