- will do hardware and software troubleshooting thru the phone
- will make sure that good customer service is achieved in terms of resolution
- Candidate must have at least reached 2nd year college preferably in an IT background
- Must have good English communication skills and is proficient in troubleshooting
- Experience in a call center environment is an advantage but fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City, Ortigas, or Makati City.
