EXAMS FOR CALL CENTER AGENTS & TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
The Exams for Call Center Agents and Technical Support Representatives are computer-based assessment tools that measure various applicant skills. Call Center Agents are tested for their proficiency in English (as a second language) and skills in inbound and outbound sales, listening skills, audio data entry and typing. Technical Support Representatives, on the other hand, are evaluated for troubleshooting and technical skills in Microsoft Windows 2000.
