PROFILES CALL CENTER SURVEY
The Profiles Call Center Survey measures various characteristics that are important to becoming productive in a call center environment. These characteristics include understanding of sales practices, assertiveness, persistence, empathy, drive, organization, maturity, creativity and incentive. It can be used for hiring and for assessing current call center employees. It takes about 20 minutes to complete the survey on a computer, or through a booklet. Two types of computer-generated reports are available: one geared toward the qualities essential to making outbound sales and the other to inbound sales. Additional reports can be generated to identify training needs in the sales practices area.
