PROFILES PERFORMANCE INDICATOR

The Profiles Performance Indicator (PPI) is an evaluation tool that assesses the differences between employees to improve job performance, response to stress and conflict and work motivation. It measures behavioral tendencies in five critical job related competencies: productivity quality of work, initiative, teamwork, and problem solving. PPI can be completed in just 15 minutes and produces reports for employees (as a guide to self-improvement) and for managers (as a guide to better management, coaching, and motivation).
