STEP ONE SURVEY
The Step One Survey (SOS) is a pre-employment tool that assesses attitudes toward integrity, substance abuse, reliability, and work ethic. It can be taken by job applicants via the computer or a booklet and requires about 20 minutes to answer. A printed report summarizes admissions of questionable behavior and the significant responses to inferential questions. SOS is an ideal solution to the problem of hiring employees who are dishonest, use drugs, are late or "no-shows" and whose performance is substandard. It significantly reduces cost of drug testing and cuts the problems caused by absenteeism and tardiness.
